Byblos is kicking off 2016 with two New Year’s Eve dinner seatings featuring two separate menus. On December 31st, guests can enjoy a three-course menu during the first dinner seating from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The second seating, between 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., features a four-course menu that includes a bottle of Perrier Jouet to toast the New Year. Guests will also enjoy the sounds of a DJ, who will set the mood as the year comes to a close. The first seating is $125 per person. The second seating is $225 per person.
Dolce Italian will offer a delicious five course dinner menu by Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato. Two dinner seatings are available from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. and from 9:30 p.m. – midnight. The prix fixe menu is $150 for adults and $75 for children. After dinner, guests can take their pick and enjoy New Year’s Eve on the Gale Rooftop, inside Rec Room, or inside Regent Cocktail Club, or enjoy all three with a Gale Hotel All Access Pass.
Bodega is celebrating 2016 in style with their New Years Eve & One Year Anniversary party starting at 9:30 p.m. As always there will be no cover at the door! Partygoers looking for something a bit more intimate, Bodega is hosting a private VIP reception earlier in the evening from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. with passed her d'oeuvres curated by Chef Bernie Matz.
Red Ginger is celebrating the New Year in style with a two seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. with a 5-course menu featuring Tartar Diver Scallops, Stone Crab, Miso Sea Bass and Crispy Pork Belly along with unlimited Perrier Jouet, Nuit Blanche. Dinner is priced at $180 for the 6:30 p.m. seating and $220 for the 8:30 p.m. seating. As an added bonus, those booking dinner at Red Ginger will also have VIP access to Radio Bar's New Years Eve celebration that features an open bar from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m.

Mondrian South Beach invites guests to ring in 2016 with the best view on the beach. The romantic bayside property with sweeping skyline views is offering a premium open bar, rotating DJ sets and a private fireworks display alongside breathtaking views of the iconic Bayside fireworks show. General Admission tickets start at $250. For a more intimate party-within-a-party, guests can purchase a luxurious daybed or cabana starting at $1500.
Shore Club is ringing in 2016 with DJ sets by Orange is the New Black Star Taryn Manning and Grammy nominated producer Dave Audé. Guests are invited to toast tonew beginnings around Shore Club’s iconic pool. Free admission is guaranteed for the first 200 guests to RSVP. Following dinner, from 11:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., guests will countdown to midnight with a Louis Roederer Champagne hour and also have access to The Setai Club, a speakeasy with a bar and DJ until 4 a.m.
South Beach’s popular American roots-inspired dining destination will offer a special menu for New Year’s. The New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner menu with two seating options, Early Seating from 7PM – 7:45PM ($165 per person) and Late Seating from 8:30PM – 10:30PM at $250 per person.

Wynwood’s newly opened hotspot will be offering a one-night-only New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner menu along with a bubbly toast featuring the guest’s choice of champagne or cocktail. Priced at $85 per person, diners are invited to celebrate the holiday with a five-course feast.
BLT Prime is offering two different New Year’s Eve prix fixe dinner options, so guests can ring in the New Year with double the fun. The first offering on deck is a $95 per person preset dinner menu, available for seatings at 6PM and 7PM.
At TALDE Miami Beach, Chef/Restaurateur Dale Talde’s newest culinary venture will be offering a five-course dinner priced at $125 per person with seatings beginning at 8PM and 10PM.
Chef Michelle Bernstein will offer two seatings – a special four-course meal priced at $125 per person at 6:30PM and a five-course meal for $150 per person at 9PM. Menu items include shaved kona kampachi with osetra caviar; squid ink spaghettini with uni butter; grilled wreckfish with saffron broth and lardo; Jackman Ranch New York strip with buttermilk pommes puree, savoy spinach, and bordelaise sauce; and butter poached Maine lobster with scallop mousse, roasted gem lettuce, and vermouth butter.
Cantina la Veinte
Chef Santiago will welcome each guest with a classic margarita this New Year’s Eve. Entrees like Alaskan King Crab or a whole Prime Tenderloin with 3 chili butter will be a couple of the flavorful dishes on the menu. Cantina La Veinte is also offering unlimited wine during dinner and a glass of Dom Perignon to end the year. This four-course meal costs $475 per person.
La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel
With the backdrop sounds of Pitbull New Year’s Revolution and the spectacular Bayfront Park fireworks show, La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel is located at the epicenter of all the New Year’s Eve action with clear views of the InterContinental’s “Orange Drop” and surrounding festivities. Cleo is ringing in the new year with a prix-fixe menu and specialty cocktails from Chef Danny Elmaleh with two special seatings at 6pm and 9pm for a scrumptious celebration. The prix-fix menu will include classic favorites such as the Spicy Beef Cigars, Lebaneh with Feta, Kale Flatbread and Grilled Hanger Steak. At 9pm, guests will have access to the rooftop where Cleo will be giving away party favors, offering cocktail specials, and toasting to 2016 at midnight with a complimentary glass of champagne.
