5 Fun Things to do in Miami This June

Ahh... June in Miami. It's the beginning of the summer, and it's HOT. If you are anything like me, you are probably spending endless hours indoors with the AC at full blast counting the days for the chill less hot days to be back. What you need is some serious motivation to get out of the house, so up next, I'm sharing my top 5 things totally worth doing this month in Miami.

And yes, there are some indoor options in there. Enjoy, and if you have any picks of your own, make sure to share them in the comments!

Take Advantage of the Summer Deals at the Spa at the Conrad

The Conrad in Brickell is kicking off Miami Spa Month early with their $99 summer deals starting, you guessed it, this month! Choose from a refreshing guava and bamboo facial or a Swedish massage (50 mins) and pair it with your choice of a mini treatment like a manicure, or a hydrotherapy bath (25 mins) to fulfill your pampering needs. Or you can go all out and get the facial AND the massage for only $129. And if you get hungry, don't miss the weekday express lunch menu at their restaurant, Atrio. Now, that's a great way to beat the summer heat!

Watch a Free Movie Under the Stars
Enjoy a screening of Spanish film, A Gun in Each Hand, from writer-director Cesc Gay, at the backyard of the Arts + Entertaining District. Bring your friends, family and lawn chairs, but no need to worry about the food, as there will be complimentary grub from Coyo Taco, sweet treats by Michelle's Cookies, and movie themed cocktails from The Airstream Apothecary.
Date & Time: Thursday June 25th, at 8 pm.
Address: 90 NE 17th St., Miami

What's more, this year several restaurants will be hosting unique, ticketed events, such as The Lost Art of Aperitif at Uvaggio, a soiree dedicated to rediscovering the simple pleasure of relaxing after a busy day with some wine.
