Atrio Offers New Express Menu with a Twist!

It's 11:58 am on a workday and your stomach starts growling. You stop typing up that email because, let's face it, all you can think about is what you are going to have for lunch.

Options start popping up in your head and inevitably you have to make a decision: should you go the time-efficient route and grab something to-go, or should you actually enjoy your food while sitting down at a nice restaurant? If you are like me, you probably go for option 1, but secretly wish you chose option 2. But, what if I told you that you don’t have to compromise for one of the two anymore? Yes, that's right, you now can have a delicious lunch in under an hour, and get back to work to have a productive afternoon.

Enter the Taste of Time, the new express lunch menu by Atrio, at the Conrad. The menu offers not one, not two, but three delicious and elegant courses, all served in 45 minutes or less, or it's free!  Did I mention that it's only $23 AND includes free valet? Yes, yes, and yes. Believe it because it's true. And let me tell you: in true Atrio fashion, everything is beautifully presented and absolutely scrumptious. Also, you will not get bored of this deal as the menu changes every three weeks!

Take a look at my photo gallery with recommendations below. If you work in Brickell and are in the mood for a delicious yet time efficient lunch, make it a point to try the Taste of Time. Trust me, your work lunches will never be the same again!

For the appetizer, you can pick between the soup of the day, or this fresh and tasty citrus salad with avocado, a nice way to kick start your lunch.
For the main course, you can choose between the crisp pork belly with quinoa, or the grilled red snapper with mofongo and pear salsa (a lighter option and my personal favorite)
Dessert consists of panna cotta and "coconut pearls", or mini tapioca balls. This is the same thing that bubble tea is filled up with, only that these are tiny and oh-so delicate. You'll be tempted to put them all in your mouth at once, but try to resist this urge, as they are even better if you savor them little by little along with your panna cotta... the perfect ending to your indulgent, yet time efficient lunch.
The minimalist yet elegant dining room... clearly NOT during lunch time, but hey, you get the picture. ;)
