Pirolo, chef and co-owner of Macchialina Taverna Rustica on Miami Beach, brings his expertise in Italian cuisine to the snout-to-tail table at Swine fusing the robust flavors of the eatery’s pork-centric fare with his refined, rustic Italian accents. In this gastronomic gathering, foodies will be able to enjoy a hearty five-course dinner complete with perfectly paired wines.
