Calling all Miami foodies and culinary aficionados! If you are looking for a fun dining experience and want to pick up some cooking skills along the way, I have just the event for you. This month, United Way's Young Leaders program is hosting a Build Your Own Brunch interactive experience at the InterContinental Miami, where guests will have the opportunity to prepare a three course lunch with the help of Timon Balloo of Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill, Antonio Bachour of St. Regis Bal Harbour and Makoto Okuwa of Makoto. Aside from the great food, Titos Vodka cocktails will be available, and for all the beer lovers, Wynwood Brewing Company will have their local brews on tap.
